EU Energia Grupp Ltd. was founded in 2006 with a purpose to find a common market outlet to the West for several factories of energy industry well-known in the former Soviet Union.

EU Energia Grupp Ltd. represents the following producers:

• Holding company "High-Voltage Union" in Russia known locally with the brand name "Высоковольтный союз" including „Nyzhneturynsky Electrohardware Plant” (locally known with the brand name "Нижнетуринский электроаппаратный завод“ or НТЭАЗ) in Russia and JSC “Rivne Plant of High-Voltage Equipment” in Ukraine (locally known with the brand name in Russian "Ровенский завод высоковольтной аппаратуры“ or РЗВА);
• Drilling hardware factory JSC „Stroydormash Plant“ in Alapajevsk, known locally with the brand name in Russian „Стройдормаш“;
• Construction machinery factory JSC „Stroymash Plant” in Sterlitamak, known locally with the brand name in Russian „Строймаш“.

The main purposes of the marketing company EU Energia Grupp Ltd. are to organize sales activities according to the needs of the consumer and to decrease the end price of the factories` products by way of giving up intermidiaries.
